His expertise spans tax structuring, inbound and outbound investments, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax matters. With a background in both law and commerce, Alok brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to complex tax issues.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK. Before joining KBD Partners, he held leadership roles at global consulting firms including Deloitte, PwC, and Ernst & Young.
