- 1990-1993:Began as a junior litigator under Supreme Court Judge Sanjay Karol, gaining hands-on courtroom and litigation experience.
- 1993-1996:Served as in-house counsel at Arthur Andersen, working on cross-border corporate, IP, indirect tax, and telecom matters amid India’s economic globalization.
- 1997-Present: Co-founded KBD Partners and has since led the firm’s growth, focusing on complex corporate transactions, franchising, and regulatory compliance.
